Our lazy weekend

Saturday morning we slept through our alarm and didn't wake up till about 11. We just messed around our apartment and trying to figure some stuff our for school and traveling on the weekends. We ended up walking to the Pizza Hut and ordering pizza and breadsticks and a bottle of pepsi!! Our breadsticks ended up having cheese in them and came with bbq sauce...we just ignored that...and they weren't too bad. Our pizza on the other hand...we got the wrong one. Instead of a pepporoni pizza we got one that had light cream for the sauce and cheese mushrooms onions and bacon...it wasn't good. Luckily our breadsticks had been enough to fill us up. We ended up reading in bed till about midnight and decided we better get to sleep so we could get up at a decent time on sunday.

That didn't work so well. I woke up to the alarm and so did Morgan...but we went right back to sleep. We ended up waking up at 11:50 and decided we better get up. We spent all day trying to get our internet to stop being stupid...but no luck. I did get to skype with Mom, Dad, Amy, Ricky, & Lilly though. Caden was napping when they called. Morgan and I then headed out to the grocery store...which ended up being closed...to pick up a few things we needed. We saw a flea market on the way and decided we'd just have to stop at the store on our way back from school tomorrow.

Speaking of which...orientation starts tomorrow so we should know more about whats going on after that...hopefully at least. I should prolly start gettin ready for tomorrow. I'll write more again soon and let ya know how orientation is going.

P.S. Here are some pics from our trip downtown i forgot to add to the last post.
The street signs
A really cool building by our campus

  1. yeah...we thought it was wierd too...but they are all over the city. They shape the trees into squares for some strange reason
